Cross Dock Centre - a stockless (or virtual) distribution centre where goods 'cross docks' between receiving and shipping docks without going into stock (warehouse). This usually happens quickly and is achieved by suppliers delivering individual store orders and marked out floor areas representing each store.

Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight - a UK customs declaration processing system that includes electronic processing, calculation of duties, currency and quantity conversions, and automated consignment clearance.

Continuous Improvement - usually bottom up kaizan approach to waste and cost reduction.

Customer Interaction Centre - successor to the idea of Customer Support Centers where service, sales and marketing interaction is all rolled into one service. Many companies are moving to idea of creating 'teleweb' functions where all forms of customer interaction whether by phone or the web are managed together.

Computer Telephony Integration - links incoming call identification with customer databases to identify caller and pre-fill forms and pop-ups.
 
CTO
Configure to Order - a more advanced form of ATO where the rules of which options can be assembled with which base product and whether they are, say, mutually exclusive are built into a rule based knowledge tree. Users can then configure deliverable products, such as cars, on-line with the certainty that they can be assembled. (Thanks to Sue Carmichael).
CTP
Capable To Promise - similar to Available To Promise (ATP) but is much more complex in that it doesn't just rely on stock building, forecasts or MPS to check stock availability into the future but can ripple through bills of materials into supplier schedules and capacity to see if the supply chain is capable of meeting a proposed order. CTP and Global ATP usually require Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) technology.
