OEM
Original Equipment Manufacturer - the company that actually creates the part, hardware or software. Widely used in the Automotive industry, say, to identify the car assemblers, Ford, GM etc.

Order Fill - percentage of orders fulfilled without replenishment.
 
OLAP
On-Line Analytical Processing - in the Business Intelligence world signifies a 'live' report or graphic that can be drilled down on.

Order Management System - used in conjunction with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to present orders for Transportation.

Optimised Production Technology - method of planning based around bottleneck production resources. From the book 'The Goal' by Eli Goldratt.

"The Goal is to make money by increasing net profit, while simultaneously increasing return on investment, and simultaneously increasing cash flow" by managing throughput, inventory and operating expenses. Flow is balanced by using variable batch sizes and concentrating on optimizing a plant's bottleneck resource. Source of the Theory Of Constraints (TOC).

OTB
Open To Buy, used in retail procurement. Essentially the amount of purchasing budget left to spend on a category (Thanks to Jill Harrison).

Order To Cash - Usually in the consumer packaged goods industry (CPG) the order processing, invoicing, cash collection, claims / deductions cycle. Usually related to promotions management where most of the complexity starts (Thanks to Frank Gugliuzza). Also Over The Counter.
 
OTIF
On Time In Full - sales order delivery performance measure which can be expressed as a target, say, of achieving 98% of orders delivered in full, no part shipments, on the requested date (Thanks to Marta Kurunczi). See also QOTIF.
 
mySupplyChain consultants have found that customers and their suppliers sometimes have different interpretations of the same OTIF measure. As an example a supplier might be using an internal delivery date generated by a planning system rather than the customer's promise date to measure the on-time target.
